First Love Yourself

Embrace self-care by falling in love with yourself first. Be kind, forgiving, and encouraging; speak positively about who you are. Understand your strengths and weaknesses, and boundaries that define what is acceptable in your relationships. Remember to nurture every aspect of yourself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—for a balanced and fulfilling life.

Relationship Survival...
and to Thrive

1) Forgiveness - We will all need forgiveness because no on is perfect

2)Respect - We all are different and need to be appreciated for who we are

3)Have each other's back - One our first defenses is are you my friend or foe...be each others friend

4)Communication - Don't assume anything, we all perceive things differently... make sure you try to get all sides of a story

5)Cheerleader - Someone who cheers someone on to go after their dreams and goals

6)True Friends - finding common things you like to do together and having someone you can really talk to... someone to laugh with.

7) Quality time - when you both can look into each others eyes or do something together without distractions and enjoy each others presence

8) Kindness - we all just want someone to be kind

9) Show you love - there are many ways to show our love, verbally, physically, gifts, except each other unconditionally, and things we can do for each other

10) Fight Fair - use the fighting rules
