Trauma...

There are many reasons why we don't say anything about traumatic things that have happened to us, abuse of any kind, hurts, loss of loved ones,  addictions.... We could be embarrassed, protecting other people that we care about, worry about what people think of us, it hurts too much to think about it, or maybe we just don't know what to do with them.

Whatever your reason is for not revealing your hurts, I want you to know that you are not alone, and there are safe places you can go to get help, and it is ok to get help. You don't have to do it alone and when you make progress in the right direction and succeed, you can have the opportunity to help someone else.

If you want to share how you got help and who helped you there is a blog page with a Long Answer box to share your story with other women anonymously.
